Ok I know this is message board is really different from the last one, but i believe it is just as useful!!
1. Make sure you complete your profile...
2. You can add an avatar at the bottom that will be visible everytime you post. (it can only be 100x100... a typical size for an avatar)...here is a website where you can use avatars... http://www.imagechef.com/ic/product.jsp?cat=animated
3. You may also post a picture (as in the one below on our name) in your signature... you will more than likely have to use bbcode (ex. [img]picture url[img]) or you can post a little ticker (http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php) counting down your weight or your one year followup.
4. To see the newest thread since your last visit if you look on your right hand corner above the board (only on the main board) it says posts since your last visit.
5. You have paste your picture's url. A good place to upload your files is www.photobucket.com and then paste your pictures url in the thread.

 Question:
I am a new member and started a blog under the "my blog" section of the patient portal. I've posted three entries already and it shows like it's located under "meet our patients", yet when I go to that section from the main site, my blog is not showing... nor is anybody else's.
