Anthony D. Terracina, MD, FACS, Bariatric Surgery
Anthony D. Terracina, MD,FACS and Weight Loss Surgery Center of Hampton Roads, is now part of Tidewater Surgical Specialist and the Bon Secours Surgical Weight Loss Center. Dr. Terracina graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and obtained his training at the nationally renowned Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He then moved to Panama City, FL where he developed and served as the director of the Bariatric program at Gulf Coast Medical Center and Bay Medical Center. In 2004 he moved to Hampton Roads joining the Weight Loss Surgery Center of Hampton Roads in Newport News, VA. Dr. Terracina is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a memeber of the American Soiciety of Bariatric Surgery and the American Medical Association. Dr. Terracina is also a certified proctor and instructor for Ethicon Endosurgery, teaching other surgeons the technique of minimally invasive surgery. |
